Questions owners ask.
Do I need new software?
No. It runs in the WhatsApp you already use. On Gold, the menu panel opens in any browser, on your phone or computer.
Do I keep my WhatsApp number?
In most cases, yes. We connect your existing number. If your number can't be connected, we tell you before setup.
Who sees my data?
Only you and the Zynthai team. It's stored on our server in the USA (New Jersey).
What if the assistant gets something wrong?
It answers only from the menu and the information you give it, and hands the chat to you when it isn't sure. Review replies never go out until you approve them. If something's wrong, tell us and we fix it fast.
How long does setup take?
Usually 1–2 weeks.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any month. There's no minimum term.
How can I pay?
Revolut, card, cash, PayPal or crypto.
Is the price final?
Yes. Prices are final. Nothing hidden. On Gold, if you need more than 500 WhatsApp messages in a month, extra bundles of 500 are €25.
What do I send you for social media?
Real photos and phone clips, 10–15 a week. We do the rest, and you approve before anything goes out.
